At GIBBON Balance Boards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your board isn't the perfect fit for your training, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our customer portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your GIBBON board in its original box to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange board within 5-7 business days.
